Shipping methods and fees
Home delivery by GLS courier
Your order will be delivered by our partner GLS.
Shipping fees:

Home delivery within Hungary: 2,000 FtFree for orders over 20,000 FtTo 14 countries of the European Union: 7,300 FtCash on delivery fee: 650 Ft
The shipping fee includes:
- Parcel delivery between 8:00 and 17:00 on the working day after collection, within Hungary
- Parcel insurance up to 50,000 Ft
- Priority parcel handling, separate sorting and transport.
- Track & Trace® technology, online parcel tracking and a downloadable proof of delivery
- Flexible delivery with SMS notifications
Three delivery attempts! When your parcel is dispatched, we notify you by email that it will be delivered on the next working day. The email contains the parcel number. On the morning of delivery you receive a notification with the courier's phone number, the GLS Customer Service number and a 3-hour delivery time window. If a delivery attempt fails, the recipient is notified by email. Via the link in the email, the recipient can arrange delivery on a new date, to a different address, or personal collection from a GLS ParcelShop chosen from a list.
If you provide your phone number when ordering, the courier service will also notify you by SMS about the delivery and the courier's contact details, and the courier will call before arrival.

Personal collection
You can also collect your order in person at our office.

International shipping
We currently ship to the following countries of the European Union:
Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
Flat rate: 7,300 Ft, regardless of order value.
As all destination countries are members of the European Union, no customs duties or import VAT are charged to the recipient.
The fees shown are gross prices in Hungarian forints. If you choose another currency in the webshop (for example EUR, CZK, DKK, PLN or SEK), checkout shows product prices and the shipping fee in your chosen currency at the current exchange rate. After you enter your delivery address, checkout always shows the exact shipping fee for your order before payment.
